A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Didcot is looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate SEN TA to join their team as soon as possible. The successful Graduate SEN TA will play an important role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential within a supportive and nurturing school environment.

As a Graduate SEN TA, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored support for pupils with a range of special educational needs. You will contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where all pupils can thrive.

This position is ideal for a Graduate SEN TA who is eager to gain valuable hands-on experience in a primary school setting.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
• Assist with classroom learning and targeted intervention activities
• Support pupils' communication, social development, and emotional wellbeing
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with teachers and external professionals
