This is an excellent opportunity for a caring and motivated ASD TA who enjoys building meaningful relationships with young people and supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.

As an ASD TA, you will work closely with pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing tailored support that enables them to access learning, develop confidence, and thrive within the classroom environment. You will collaborate with teachers, support staff, and the SENCO to deliver effective and personalised support strategies.

• Deliver individualised support to pupils with autism in the classroom
• Assist in implementing education, behaviour, and support plans
• Work alongside teaching staff and the SENCO to monitor progress
• Encourage independence, communication, and positive social interactions
• Support pupils' emotional wellbeing and engagement with learning
• Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive school environment

The ideal ASD TA will be patient, compassionate, and committed to supporting children with additional needs.
