We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist secondary SEN school in Tower Hamlets that supports young people with Autism Spectrum Condition and associated communication needs.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
• Support students' communication, independence and life skills
• Work collaboratively with therapists and support staff
• Monitor progress against EHCP outcomes

Essential Requirements:

• QTS or equivalent
• Experience teaching pupils with autism
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
