Electrical Supervisor – Immediate Start – Reading – £300 per Day

Electrical Supervisor required to join an ongoing commercial fit-out project in Reading. This is an immediate start opportunity offering long-term work on a fast-paced project running through to completion.

As Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installation teams on site, coordinating labour, maintaining programme delivery, ensuring health & safety compliance, liaising with site management and subcontractors, and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship throughout the project. Typical supervisory duties on commercial fit-out projects include managing electrical operatives, organising materials, monitoring progress and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently.

Requirements

Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects

SSSTS or SMSTS preferred

ECS/JIB Gold Card

Strong understanding of commercial electrical installations

Ability to manage labour and coordinate site activities

Excellent communication and organisational skills
