* Assisting with mobility and access requirements where appropriate

* Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff

* Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals

* Caring, patient and adaptable nature

* Ability to build positive relationships

* Previous SEND, care, healthcare or support work experience is advantageous
