Secondary Supply Teacher - Sefton

We are currently recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers to support a variety of secondary schools across Sefton. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers seeking flexible work, valuable classroom experience, or a better work-life balance within secondary education.

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning during staff absences, delivering lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Support student learning and engagement throughout the school day
Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
Adapt confidently to different secondary school environments

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Previous experience teaching within secondary education
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong classroom management abilities
A flexible and professional attitude
