Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Primary School

Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school.

The school is looking for a confident and proactive Teaching Assistant who can provide high-quality classroom support, deliver interventions, and work closely with teaching staff to help pupils achieve their full potential.

This role would suit someone with recent experience working within a UK primary school who is looking for a long-term opportunity within a welcoming and inclusive environment.

The Role:
Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom
Delivering small-group interventions in Reading, Writing, Maths, and Phonics
Supporting pupils with varying learning needs and abilities
Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
Helping to monitor pupil progress and engagement
Promoting positive behaviour and learning attitudes
Working closely with teachers and school staff to support attainment

The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
Has recent experience working within a UK primary school
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
Experience delivering interventions independently
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passionate about supporting pupil development
