SEN Teacher - Aspire PeopleAspire People are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive school setting in south birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic professional looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to achieve both academically and personally.Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs. Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals. Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where required. Encourage student confidence, independence, and social development.Requirements: QTS / PGCE. Experience working with SEN pupils is a must. Strong classroom management and communication skills. A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to teaching.
