Red Snapper Learning (RSL) is recruiting an experienced Trainer / Subject Matter Expert to support a major new Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) programme. This project focuses on the implementation of a new system and requires an individual with strong training design and delivery expertise. Applicants are required to have training and/or training design experience working with customers implementing Oracle EPM suite of financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging and effective training materials for:

Face-to-face classroom delivery

Develop engaging content using the

Deliver training to end users in person

Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring training aligns with MPS processes and ways of workingEssential Requirements

Oracle systems (financial planning) essential

Proven experience designing and delivering systems-related training.

Strong instructional design capability across blended learning formats.

Confident facilitator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.Working Pattern & Rate

£300- £400 per day
