Site Manager
Site Manager (No.1) – Loughborough - Refurbishment & Fit-Out
12 weeks | Starts Monday 22nd June
Principal contractor is looking for a Site Manager to run a c£600k project on an education campus.
The work comprises decorations, flooring, auditorium seating, electrics, minor building works and a few doorways that apparently aren't quite wide enough.
You'll be the No.1 on site, dealing with the client, managing the programme and making sure the works get delivered while everyone around you carries on as if construction isn't happening.
Hours are 7am–5pm.
If you're a Site Manager (without a holiday booked in the next 12 weeks) who can run a small but visible project without needing three Project Managers, two planners and a weekly motivational speech, I'd like to hear from you.
