Site Managers - High-End Residential | Central London

Permanent & Freelance Opportunities Available

TRIbuild Solutions are currently recruiting experienced Site Managers for a number of prestigious high-end residential projects across Central London.

We are working with some of the capital's leading main contractors and developers who specialise in luxury residential refurbishments, bespoke new-build homes, and super-prime residential schemes.

The Role

Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion

Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour on site

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards

Maintain excellent client and stakeholder relationships

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

Drive exceptional finishing standards synonymous with the high-end residential sectorRequirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the high-end residential market

Strong track record delivering luxury refurbishment and/or new-build residential projects

Valid SMSTS

Valid First Aid at Work

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Stable employment history or successful freelance project portfolioWhat's on Offer
