Enjoy hybrid working with paid business mileage in a temporary Stock Condition Surveyor role with a prominent Housing Association. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-respected housing association within the Leicester region. This role requires 3 Stock Condition Surveyors, one to cover Coalville, one to cover Derby and one to cover Nottingham!

You will be joining a well- established organisation known for its commitment to high-quality care and compliance. This role is perfect for a self-motivated Stock Condition Surveyor looking to make an immediate impact in a supportive, fast paced environment.

As a Stock Condition Surveyor you will be:

• Carry out general day-to-day maintenance tasks.

• Conduct stock condition surveys on tenanted and non-tenanted properties

• Schedule and coordinate day-to-day repair work.

• Identify the root cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site while they carry out repairs.

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

• Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking stock condition surveys to residential properties

• Ability to work at pace and adapt to change

• Experience within social housing

The interim role is offering:

• Hybrid working

• Weekly pay Via Umbrella

• The role is offering a competitive hourly rate of £35-40 per hour
