Hours: 37 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Sunday (rota basis)

Start Date: Tuesday, 26 May 2026- End Date: Friday, 25 September 2026

Start Time: 08:00- End Time: 16:00

Pay Rate: £16.20 per hour

Role Overview

Carry out joinery work as part of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes

Work within occupied local authority domestic properties

Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach Key Responsibilities

Fit kitchen units, worktops, and associated joinery components

Carry out general joinery works as required within refurbishment projects

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with specification

Work safely within occupied properties, maintaining respect for residents and their homes

Follow all health and safety procedures and site regulations

Support the smooth delivery of refurbishment programmes within set timescales

Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in a safe and efficient manner

Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and residents when required Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Proven experience as a qualified Joiner or in a similar trade role

Experience working on kitchen and bathroom installations or refurbishments (desirable)

Ability to work in occupied domestic properties with a professional approach

Strong practical skills in fitting units, worktops, and general joinery tasks

Good understanding of health and safety in construction/domestic environments

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong time management and ability to meet project deadlines
