Hours: Average monthly guaranteed hours for full time or part time. Working times are between 07:00-22:00

- £500 signing-on bonus
- Average monthly guaranteed hours available
- £14-£15 per hour (depending on shift and experience)
- Enhanced evening and weekend pay rates
- Overnight care: £125 £135 per night
- Live-in care opportunities: £130 £145 per day
- 45p per mile mileage allowance
- Holiday pay (12.07%)

About the role As a Care Assistant, you ll help people remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Every day is different, but you may be:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
- Supporting with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with meals, medication, and daily routines
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Helping with light household tasks to maintain a safe environment
- Monitoring wellbeing and updating care records

To be eligible for the £500 signing on bonus, you must have availability to suit the branches needs. Along with being able to work at least 15 hours a week.
The joining bonus will be paid in two stages:
- £250 upon successful completion of training and shadowing
- £250 upon successful completion of probation
