Description

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order statuses and delivery updates.
  • Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Update and manage customer accounts and order records.
  • Generate sales reports and provide data to the relevant departments.
  • Assist in the coordination of promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Profile

A successful Sales Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in sales administration within the FMCG industry.
  • A detail-oriented approach with strong organisational skills.
  • SAP knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
