Learning Support Assistant | Enfield | £82.14 - £100 per day | ASAP Start

Provide 1:1 support as a Learning Support Assistant

Support small group learning as a Learning Support Assistant

Work with pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs as a Learning Support Assistant

Collaborate with teachers and SENCO as a Learning Support Assistant

Support behaviour management and emotional development as a Learning Support AssistantRequirements for a Learning Support Assistant:

Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or with children with SEN

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Calm and consistent approach to supporting behaviour

Passion for education and supporting young learners
