Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents as an Early Years PractitionerRequirements for an Early Years Practitioner:

Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)

Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner or within a nursery

Good knowledge of EYFS and child development

Strong teamwork and communication skills
