Key Responsibilities
• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
• Assess current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the delivery of new systems, products, and business initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure effective solutions.
• Prepare business documentation, process maps, and reports for management.

Skills and Experience
• As a Junior Business Analyst, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams — translating ideas and requirements into actionable solutions. You’ll gain exposure to live projects, business processes, and digital transformation initiatives while developing valuable analytical and communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for solving business problems.
• A degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred; however, strong candidates without a degree will also be considered.
• Previous exposure to office, business, or technology environments is advantageous but not essential.
