Junior Director of Public Relations

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the senior point of contact for assigned client accounts, delivering expert strategic guidance and ensuring exceptional service.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of innovative PR campaigns that deliver measurable and high-impact results.
• Develop and execute media strategies while building and nurturing strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across lifestyle, property, and trade sectors.
• Oversee the creation of press materials, thought leadership content, and creative events to boost brand visibility.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.
• Mentor and motivate junior team members, fostering their professional growth and training needs.
• Provide effective crisis management and reputation strategies as necessary.
• Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities, serving as a professional brand ambassador.

Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of PR experience, with a proven background in real estate, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in team management and successful client relationship leadership.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape with established contacts in key outlets.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to evolving priorities.
