The Opportunity

We are not looking to recruit an administrator…we are looking for a heavyweight analyst to step into a senior vacancy within the established team. This is a critical hire for the business, and we need someone who can hit the ground running. You will be trusted to manage your own caseload and own your outcomes from Week 1.

This is a case-work centric role. You will handle high-end, one-off advisory pieces for sophisticated clients. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, diving into complex data, and delivering bespoke answers, this is your arena.

Your Day To Day

High-Stakes Case Work: Take ownership of intricate client investigations-primarily comparing historical cost data against complex terms, conducting benchmarking exercises, and analysing spreadsheet variances.

Client-Facing (Immediately): You will put you in front of clients quickly. You must be comfortable presenting detailed findings, raising commercial queries, and defending your numbers with clarity and confidence.

Investigate & Interpret: Go beyond the numbers. You will interrogate specific clauses, identify anomalies, and translate raw data into actionable commercial narratives for clients.

Self-Manage: You will manage your own diary, prioritise conflicting deadlines, and drive your own workflow with minimal supervision.Who You Are

You are a seasoned professional who has outgrown data entry. You can see the story behind the spreadsheet.

You absorb new client contexts, lease structures, and sector specifics rapidly. You ask smart questions once, then implement the answers.

You spot the 1% variance that everyone else misses. Detail is your default setting, not a chore.

You stand on your own 2 feet. You raise queries when needed, but you are comfortable making reasoned judgments without waiting for permission.

You are detailed and precise with clients, but you also know how to manage expectations, simplify complexity, and maintain trust.Essential Experience

Proven track record in a senior analytical role (Finance, Legal, Property, or Commercial Real Estate preferred).

Advanced Excel proficiency.

Experience interpreting legal/contractual documents.

Demonstrable experience presenting directly to external clients or senior stakeholders.

The team has a strong record of internal progression, therefore although this is an initial 12 month contract, there could be further opportunity for growth and progression. If you are seeking an analytical role with progression, do not hesitate to get in touch.
