Production Operative → Skilled Machine Operator

Manufacturing | Full Training Provided

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset

Contract Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Perm

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights)

⏰ Hours: 06:45–18:45 & 18:45–06:45

Pay: £13.39 per hour, increasing to £15.91 after 12 weeks

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Learn to operate manufacturing and production machinery safely and efficiently

Support machine setup, running and changeovers

Carry out product quality checks and report any issues

Wrap, prepare and move finished goods

Work closely with experienced operators and supervisors to build technical skills

Support smooth shift handovers and production targets

Maintain excellent housekeeping and safety standards
