Senior Agile Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Partner directly with the CPTO, VP Engineering, and Product Leads to drive execution across multiple squads building our Experience, Data, and AI platforms.
• Transform ambiguity into clarity, ensuring epics, tickets, and dependencies are understood and deliverable.
• Own sprint hygiene, velocity reporting, and delivery health with the same rigour as code review.
• Champion continuous improvement: from release retros to OKR tracking, you’ll be the connective tissue between product vision and shipped software.
• Operate with a builder mindset: automate what’s repetitive, simplify what’s complex, and elevate what’s possible.

Role Overview
You’ll be the operational heartbeat of a world-class Product & Technology organisation building intelligent, clinically-safe, patient-centred AI systems. Skills and Experience
• Deep practical experience delivering complex, multi-squad products in high-growth or regulated tech environments (health, fintech, deep-tech preferred).
• Mastery of Agile and Lean delivery methods, but applied with pragmatism not dogma.
• Technical curiosity: you can read source-code platform issues, work-management software boards, and even lightweight code changes.
• Calm under pressure, detail-driven, and outcome-obsessed.
