• Test front end customer journeys, capabilities & features delivered by our product and technology teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that development updates and product changes undergo UAT before release.
• Be responsible for test execution and defect management across the project.
• Analyse bugs and errors found during testing, writing detailed bug tickets.
• Document test results and communicate findings to the software development team for resolution.
What You'll Bring.
• Have a passion for how digital customers journeys should work.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing.
• Strong communication skills, with a solid track record of engagement with different project and business partners.
• Experience in the use and administration of Agile software tools including collaboration software and work-management software.
