Primary School Teacher - Long Term Roles - Location: Stafford, Stone, Rugeley - Start Date: September 2026

Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity from September 2026?

We are currently working in partnership with a variety of welcoming and supportive local primary schools whom are seeking for enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate Primary School Teachers to join their team on a long-term basis starting from September onwards. This is a fantastic opportunity for educators to experience a range of local primary schools supporting schools on a long-term basis. We welcome applications from ECT's.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality planning and lessons in line with school planning and curriculum requirements.
  Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes pupil engagement and achievement.
  Manage classroom behaviour effectively in accordance with school policies.
  Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of individual pupils and classes.
  Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
  Promote and safeguard the welfare of children at all times.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting.
  Confident teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
  A flexible, professional and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
  Availability for day-to-day supply, short-term placements and/or long-term roles.
  Holds an enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to obtain one).
  Can provide two recent professional references.
  Is able to commute to schools within the Stafford, Stone and Rugeley areas.
  Is fully registered (or willing to register) with Academics.

Pay: 130 - 180 per day, depending on experience and assignment. Holiday pay is included in the daily rate.
