Dunkeswell, EX14 (Honiton Area) 15.47 per hour ( 23.20 per hour overtime after 38 hours) Monday to Thursday, 6am - 4pm Temporary to Permanent

Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join a fast-paced production and warehouse facility in Dunkeswell, Honiton.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temporary-to-permanent position with competitive pay rates, regular weekday shifts, and weekends off.

Please note that own transport is required due to the location.

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.

• Load and unload goods in a production or warehouse environment.

• Work effectively in busy operational areas.

• Ensure accurate handling and storage of stock.

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent).

• Proven recent experience operating a counterbalance forklift within a warehouse or production environment.

• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures and safe operating practices.

• Ability to load, unload, move, and stack goods accurately and efficiently.

• Good written and spoken English to ensure clear communication with team members and supervisors.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines under pressure.

• Own transport due to the location.

• 15.47 per hour basic rate.

• 23.20 per hour overtime rate after 38 hours worked.

• Monday to Thursday working pattern.

• Weekends off.
