Level 2 Primary Teaching Assistant

Location: Outskirts of Wigan

Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm

Daily Rate: 90

Contract: Long-term (September - April 2027)

Tradewind are seeking a hardworking, organised, and dedicated Level 2 Primary Teaching Assistant to join an oversubscribed and highly regarded primary school located on the outskirts of Wigan. This long-term position will begin in September and run for two terms until April 2027 .

As a valued member of the school community, you will support pupils across Key Stage 2 and help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. The school is known for its strong leadership, supportive staff, and commitment to ensuring every child makes excellent progress.

• Hold a L2 or above teaching assistant or equivalent qualification
• This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
• You must have the legal right to work in the UK
