Job Title: Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator

Contract: 6 months - possibility of extension

Location: Warwick

Pay: 15.00 per hour PAYE

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week, flexible hours between 07.30am - 22.30pm, 8 hours per day.

What You'll Do:

As a Shipping and Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our client's products are shipped accurately and efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse and shipping department.
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock audits.
• Collaborating with suppliers and shipping partners to optimise logistics.
• Processing orders, preparing shipping documents, and tracking shipments.
• Implementing best practises for safety and efficiency in the warehouse.
• Training and mentoring warehouse staff to promote a positive work environment.
