Year 3 & Year 4 Teacher (Full-Time)
Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire
Salary: 150 - 175 per day
Contract Type: Full-Time

Aspire People are recruiting on behalf of one of our valued partner schools in Lutterworth for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 & Year 4 Teacher.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons across Key Stage 2, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Contribute to the wider life of the school community.

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3 and/or Year 4.
Strong classroom management skills.
A commitment to raising attainment and supporting pupil development.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A proactive and professional approach to teaching.
