Salary & package dependant on experience: £300 CIS or PAYE The role & about the client:

Are you Site manager who is looking for an opportunity to work with one of Europe's largest corporations whose UK arm are one of the region's largest FM & Construction organisations? You will have the opportunity to work in partnership with a local authority on a city-wide housing redevelopment & refurbishment programme worth over £8 million.

An experienced and dynamic Site Manager is now required to join them as part of their growth plans. The role Now looking for a dynamic and all rounded, Site Manager to take control of projects from their Southeast locations. The initial project will be a refurbishment project on several high-rise properties.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Day to day management of projects and construction on site

Management of varied refurbishment projects consisting of, External Wall Insulations, Groundworks, Structural work, Windows replacement etc

Make sure that all of the HSEQ requirements are all maintained and show legal compliance.

Working with the Contracts manager to ensure that contracts are completed on time, in an efficient and cost-effective manner

Provide risk assessments and all other checks are undertaken throughout the project

Experienced in CAT B fit out Essential Qualifications/ experience required/ specific requirements for the role:

SMSTS / SSSTS

1st Aid

CSCS Card (black) ideal not essential
