Domestic Supervisor

Location: ST4 Area, Stoke-on-Trent

Pay Rate: £13.37 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Ongoing Temporary Assignment. Could lead to permanent role for the right candidate.

We are currently recruiting for a Domestic Supervisor to join a healthcare facility in the ST4 postcode area. This is a full-time, ongoing temporary opportunity for an experienced supervisor who can effectively lead a domestic services team while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and compliance are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising and supporting the domestic services team

Managing staff rotas and day-to-day staffing requirements

Conducting annual leave and sickness reviews

Training and developing staff members

Providing cover and support in cleaning areas when required

Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site

Supporting compliance with health and safety and infection control procedures

Requirements

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to manage, motivate and develop staff

Experience within domestic, cleaning, facilities or healthcare environments is desirable

Standard DBS required
