• Providing 1:1 and small group support • Supporting pupils with SEND needs • Working alongside teachers and SENDCOs • Encouraging engagement and participation • Supporting social, emotional and academic development • Monitoring and recording progress

• Experience supporting children with SEND • A patient and adaptable approach • Strong communication skills • A genuine passion for helping young people succeed • Willingness to travel across Sunderland and surrounding areas • Driving beneficial but not essential • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
