Location: Finland, Kouvola

Rate: €5,500 to €6,000 Net Per Month

Contract Duration: 12 Months+

Rotation: 10/4 or 3/1

About The Role:

Supervise and coordinate Customer Service Associates ensuring high performance and compliance

Monitor daily operations and optimise workflow efficiency

Provide coaching and guidance to team members for continuous improvement

Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders

Ensure safety protocols and company policies are strictly followedAbout You:

Proven experience in supervising customer service teams

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Knowledge of operational procedures and safety standards

Flexibility for shift patterns and rotation schedulesNice to Have Skills:

Experience working in the EU or Finland specifically

Fluency in additional languages

Knowledge of industry-specific softwareOther Requirements:
