Rates: £95 – £110 per day (Premium rates for flexible drivers)

Start: Immediate / September 2026 options

We are actively recruiting passionate, dedicated Early Years (EYFS) and Primary Teaching Assistants to join the Revolve Collective family.

Option 1: The Long-Term EYFS Role (September Start)

We have an exclusive, full-time EYFS Teaching Assistant role at a wonderful local school near the Lichfield/Burton area. If you love early years development, thrive on creating engaging learning environments, and want a secure temp-to-perm role starting this September, this is the perfect match.

Option 2: The Flexible Primary Supply Team (Higher Rates Available!)

We are rapidly expanding our daily supply cover staff across Staffordshire. If you are a dedicated educator looking to choose your own days, meet new schools, or pick up consistent local work, our supply team is for you.

The Driver Premium: Are you a driver? Are you happy to be flexible across different primary age groups (EYFS to KS2)? If yes, we can unlock our highest premium daily rates for your flexibility!
