Are you a professional with an interest in SEN? Do you think you have what it takes to be an outstanding SEN Teaching Assistant?

Starting in September 2026 and lasting the entire academic year, Academics is hiring a new and engaging SEN Teaching Assistant. To fill this particular position, we are preferably searching for a driven worker with experience in mild special educational needs who is willing to commute to the Kings Heath region.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, it is your responsibility to make sure that every child you work with who has special educational needs is understood and supported. In order to ensure that each child's unique educational needs and abilities are satisfied in the classroom, you will be closely collaborating with the teachers and parents/carers of the students.

SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS (must be on the update service)
• Relevant qualifications or experience
• Willingness to complete relevant training continually when needed
