Role Overview
The organisation is currently seeking web content administrator's to add and up-date products in our rapidly growing ecommerce store.
As a Web Content Administrator, you will work as part of the Web Content team, reporting to the Web Content Team Leader. This role requires you to continually ensure the accuracy and optimisation of pages, product categories and all product data, including updating the product information, images and document downloads where necessary.
You will also be required to.
You will also be trained on other daily tasks for the full lifecycle management of products, so all the web team share the same knowledge to be able to cover each other's jobs.

• *Key Responsibilities**:
• Supporting the Web Content Team and Ecommerce Manager in achieving business targets and objectives.
• Creative writing for Content optimisation (SEO).
• Updating existing product data and attributes to be better optimised.
• Adding new products and ranges with (SEO) optimised product information including e-commerce content, product images, product descriptions and specifications.
• Using spreadsheet software to manage product information and import directly into the website.
• Manipulating/resizing and optimising images for the web.
• Managing a varied workload as part of a team to meet.
• *Skills and Qualifications**:
• IT literate with knowledge of office software (word-processing software, spreadsheet software,.
• Good working knowledge of spreadsheet software including formulas etc.
• Knowledge of design software (Image Optimisation).
• Knowledge and use of basic HTML.
• Knowledge of SEO.
• Knowledge of content management systems such as e-commerce platform/Magento beneficial.
• Excellent team working skills.
• Excellent spelling and grammar with attention to detail.
• Flexible and organized in prioritizing workload effectively.
