Your code should do more than work, it should inspire.
This isn’t a typical agency gig. You’ll be joining a Manchester-based creative powerhouse, where collaboration, curiosity, and a love for digital craft drive everything we do. Here, your content management system and front-end framework skills won’t just execute specs, they’ll shape experiences, delight users, and influence projects from start to finish.
If you thrive in environments where creativity meets impact, and like working with a team that laughs as much as it codes, this could be your next home.
You’ll be at the heart of a talented, supportive team, turning bold design ideas into seamless, interactive digital experiences. This is a hands-on role with responsibility, creativity, and room to bring your ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead content management system projects with confidence, balancing creativity and functionality.
• Transform designs into interactive, high-quality experiences that users love.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to bring projects to life.
• Take ownership of workstreams, manage timelines, and liaise with clients.
• Mentor junior developers and share your expertise across the team.
• Write clean, responsive, and accessible code built to last.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services as needed.
• Suggest improvements to processes, tools, and workflows.
• Stay ahead of frontend trends, frameworks, and best practices.
Who You Are:
• 2+ years’ experience in content management system development.
• 1+ years’ experience with front-end framework.
• Confident in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and content management system development.
• Comfortable with REST APIs, Git/source-control platform, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledgeable about accessibility, responsive design, and performance optimisation.
• Familiar with backend content management system development, queries, and APIs.
• Experienced with Git workflows, SQL, and managing multiple branches.
• Skilled in design tools like design software or creative software suite.
• Organised, collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused.
• Curious, energetic, and always eager to explore new tech.
Why this one’s different
This is a role where your expertise is valued, your ideas are heard, and your impact is visible. You’ll work directly with decision-makers, get guidance to help you shine, and join a team that genuinely cares about creating amazing digital experiences.
