Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Highways Site Manager to join a highways project in Northamptonshire on a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day site operations on highways schemes

Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

Coordinating subcontractors, labour, and plant

Maintaining site records and reporting progress

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standardsRequirements:

Proven experience delivering highways projects

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications

Strong understanding of highways construction and traffic management

Excellent communication and leadership skillsRate: £400/day PAYE Umbrella

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Northamptonshire
