Pork Butchers - HU3 Area

Temporary - Ongoing Basis

Monday to Friday with Occasional Saturdays

13.50 Per Hour with 16.00 Overtime Rates

We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Hull. Our clients are a dedicated processing facility in Kingston Upon Hull producing fresh pork. Our client is looking to expand the Butchery Day shift team and have numerous immediate opportunities for Knife-skilled operatives for full time work Monday to Friday. Our client is searching for successful candidates that are reliable, flexible, self-motivated and hardworking, to which could lead to a permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

• Precise cutting of shoulder, leg and belly meat following onsite slaughter.
• Continuously checking the quality of products on the line.
• Complying with Food Safety and Quality procedures at all times.
• Following required work instructions and procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Possess previous butchery experience, preferably in Pork.
• Be able to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a positive attitude and work ethic.
• Be able to work as part of a team.

We can offer:

• 13.50 per hour (depending on block test result)
• Monday to Friday Hours
• 05.30 until 15.30
• Overtime pays at 16.00 per hour
• Immediate starts following completion of registration, block test and induction.
• Weekly Pay
