£130 - £170 per day

Vision for Education are working in partnership with a fantastic primary school in the Wirral area seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) from September 2026.

• Full-time teaching position starting September 2026
• Opportunities across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on experience and school needs
• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire a love of learning
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
• Create an inclusive classroom where all children can achieve their potential
• Assess, monitor and support pupil progress effectively
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive staff team
• Potential for a permanent contract following a successful placement

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be due to achieve QTS in Summer 2026
• Be passionate about making a positive impact on children s learning and development
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Have high expectations for behaviour, attainment and engagement
• Be reflective, enthusiastic and committed to professional growth
• Be fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
