Contract Maintenance Engineer Required – Immediate Start Available

We’re looking for an experienced Contract Maintenance Engineer to join a fantastic client on a 2-month contract based in Evesham.

This is a great opportunity to work with a supportive team, and get stuck into an immediate start contract.

Key Details:

Location: Evesham

Contract Length: 2 months

Start Date: Immediate

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – Days & Afters

Days: 06:00 – 15:00

Afters: 14:00 – 23:00

£30/hr direct monthly PAYE or £40/hr for PAYE through accredited umbrella partner

IR35 status to be confirmed

As a Contract Maintenance Engineer, your role will include:

Supporting production with reactive breakdowns and planned preventative maintenance

Fault finding and repair across electrical and mechanical systems

Working efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance

Representing Wagstaff Recruitment with a professional and positive attitude

Multiskilled Maintenance Engineers – ideally electrically biased, with strong mechanical ability

Experience within food, packaging, or general manufacturing environments

Engineers who are reliable, professional, and take pride in their work

Calm, solution-focused approach when dealing with breakdowns and pressure
