The Role

As a Flexible Teaching Assistant, you'll work across a variety of schools, supporting teachers and helping pupils reach their full potential. Every day is different—you may be assisting small groups in the classroom, providing one-to-one support, or helping students with additional learning or emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities

About You

We're looking for friendly, reliable, and adaptable individuals who enjoy working with children and young people.

You should have:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confidence working in new environments and with different teams.

* Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).

* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as travel between schools is required.
