Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
• Digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.
• Cleaning and preparing work sites.
• Assisting skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.
• Operating basic hand and power tools.
• Following safety procedures and using protective equipment.
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Performing general maintenance and manual tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Physical strength and stamina.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
• Good time-management skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Previous experience in manual labour is an advantage but not always required.

Working Conditions:

• Work may be performed indoors or outdoors.
• Requires standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive physical activity.
• May involve working weekends, shifts, or overtime depending on project needs.
