Nursery Assistant Needed

TeacherActive are currently seeking a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Nursery Assistant to work within a welcoming nursery setting.

The successful candidate will support the daily care and development of young children, helping to create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about early years education and looking to gain valuable experience within a nursery environment.

The role will include:

• Supporting children with learning and play activities
• Assisting with daily routines, including meal and snack times
• Helping to maintain a safe and engaging environment
• Encouraging children s social, emotional and educational development
• Working closely with nursery staff and parents where required

The ideal candidate will have:

• A positive and caring attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for working with young children
• Patience, creativity and reliability
• Previous childcare or nursery experience (preferred but not essential)
• A relevant childcare qualification (desirable)
