Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an industrial refurbishment project in Wellingborough.

The Role

Managing builders' work to the existing building fabric
Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
Ensuring health & safety compliance on site
Maintaining programme and quality standards
Liaising with the project team and reporting progress

Requirements

Previous experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within industrial or commercial environments
Valid SMSTS or SSSTS
CSCS Card
Strong organisational and communication skills
Available to start immediately

Project Details

Location: Wellingborough
Duration: 3 weeks
