Based in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, this role is suited to an experienced support professional who is confident leading learning activities and covering lessons when required.

Classroom Support

• Work alongside teaching staff to raise pupil attainment
• Deliver intervention programmes
• Support curriculum delivery across year groups

Lesson Delivery

• Lead planned learning activities
• Provide classroom cover during teacher absence
• Adapt learning tasks to suit pupil needs

Assessment & Communication

• Monitor pupil engagement and progress
• Provide feedback to teaching staff
• Contribute to planning discussions where required

Requirements

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Previous experience within a primary school setting
• Confidence leading groups of pupils independently
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Good understanding of the primary curriculum
