Drylining Manager

Great Yarmouth, Norfolk

£250 per day | 6-Month Contract | Immediate Start Available

We are currently seeking an experienced Drylining Manager to join a well-established contractor on a commercial construction project in the Great Yarmouth area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manager with a strong background in drylining, partitions, suspended ceilings, and internal fit-out works. You'll be working alongside an existing Site Manager, helping to oversee the day-to-day delivery of the drylining package and ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate drylining subcontractors on site

Oversee installation of partitions, suspended ceilings, and associated internal works

Monitor quality, productivity, and programme performance

Conduct site inspections and ensure health & safety compliance

Liaise with the Project Manager, Site Management team, and subcontractors

Assist with QA, snagging, and project handover activities

Ensure materials, labour, and resources are effectively managed

Requirements

Proven experience managing drylining packages on commercial, education, or fit-out projects

Strong knowledge of partitions, ceilings, SFS, and internal finishes

Ability to coordinate subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines

SMSTS or SSSTS preferred

CSCS Card

Excellent communication and organisational skills
