The school is looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant will be supporting Key Stage 1 / KS1 pupils, delivering planned lessons when required, providing intervention support, and working closely with teaching staff to ensure pupils make excellent progress.

The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have:

• HLTA qualification or relevant equivalent experience

• Previous experience working within a Primary School setting

• Experience supporting or leading learning within Key Stage 1 / KS1

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A positive, flexible and proactive approach
