Senior Quantity Surveyor - Water & Energy Capital Projects

Freelance

£400-£500 per shift

South West / Hybrid Working (1-3 days from home)

Minimum 5-Year Framework

Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of major water and energy infrastructure projects across long-term capital investment frameworks.

You'll work across a varied portfolio of civil engineering projects, partnering with experienced operational teams to deliver commercially successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

* Commercial management of civil engineering and utilities projects.

* Cost reporting, forecasting and financial control.

* Subcontract procurement and account management.

* NEC contract administration and change management.

* Final accounts and commercial reporting.

* Supporting project teams throughout project delivery.

Requirements

* Proven Quantity Surveying experience within civil engineering or utilities.

* Strong NEC contract knowledge.

* Previous experience on water, power or infrastructure projects.

* Excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills.
