Senior Quantity Surveyor - Water & Energy Capital Projects

400- 500 per shift
South West / Hybrid Working (1-3 days from home)
Minimum 5-Year Framework

Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of major water and energy infrastructure projects across long-term capital investment frameworks.

You'll work across a varied portfolio of civil engineering projects, partnering with experienced operational teams to deliver commercially successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of civil engineering and utilities projects.
• Cost reporting, forecasting and financial control.
• Subcontract procurement and account management.
• NEC contract administration and change management.
• Final accounts and commercial reporting.
• Supporting project teams throughout project delivery.

Requirements

• Proven Quantity Surveying experience within civil engineering or utilities.
• Strong NEC contract knowledge.
• Previous experience on water, power or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills.
