Sports Coach - Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Inspire young athletes and help shape a thriving school sports programme in a high-achieving secondary setting.

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a secondary school in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire seeking an energetic and motivated Sports Coach to support physical education, extra-curricular activity and wider student development.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking educational environment that places strong emphasis on participation, resilience and achievement both inside and outside the classroom. The school has an excellent reputation for pastoral care, sporting success and community engagement.

The successful candidate will:

• Support PE departments across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Deliver small group activities and practical sessions
• Assist with after-school clubs, fixtures and enrichment programmes
• Encourage participation, teamwork and positive behaviour
• Build strong relationships with pupils and staff

The ideal applicant will have:

• Experience working with young people in coaching, education or youth settings
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach
• The ability to motivate students of varying abilities
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
